Well I dunno if I'd say I have any words of wisdom. But I'd probably say to remember to keep it honest and sincere. I think people can tell when you are not being congruent with yourself. So if you come across one way in your personal statement and a different way in your interview, it never looks good. Everyone has a unique and personal experience. Bring that out. Show it to the ADCOMS. One thing that was helpful to me was that my Kaplan instructor had a Master's degree in English and he offered to read mine. I suggest you find someone you know who has good English skills and who also understands the admissions process to go over your statement with you. Premed advisers can be great help with this too. I realize my reply is nothing profound, but I think its something to remember. Best of luck to you!
